02To get a faster answer
Tell us the email address on your account, what you were doing when it went wrong, and the invoice number if it is about an invoice. A screenshot helps more than anything.
03Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and there is no fee. Email us and we will close it for you, and send you a copy of your invoices if you want one. See the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
